Video: Indian man's gym accident a lesson in taking it easy!

In the video, the man's legs bend backward on a leg press machine. Watching this video will send shivers through your body. A video of an Indian man snapping his knees backward on a leg press machine has gone viral. 

Maybe it is an underlining message for all the fitness freaks to go easy in the gym. In the video, the man can be seen trying to press hundreds of kilos on the leg press before his knee bends the other way. 

He is seen struggling to save his leg but there is little he can do with the other leg. Towards the end of the video, we can see the man lying on the floor in immense pain. The incident occurred in the city of Vadodara in India and the man is said to be on recovery for the next six months.
