Police officials in Sharjah have started investigating into the suicide of an Uzbek woman who jumped from the 23rd floor of a building on Saturday.
The 32-year-old woman was killed on the spot. Police officials rushed to the spot in Buheirah Corniche, only to find the woman lying in a pool of blood.
The body was moved to a forensic laboratory and the woman’s husband was taken for interrogation. Police sources said they suspected foul play behind the death and the forensic reports would reveal the cause of death.
