
AIRTEL Tanzania has launched a new promotion geared to reward consumers ahead of Christmas and New Year festivals thus bringing excitement to the market.
The campaign dubbed ‘Airtel MKWANJIKA’ literally meaning, ‘Airtel Cash’ that kicks off today will see the telecoms giant hand out up to 300m/- in cash prizes, to its lucky customers.
Airtel Marketing Manager, Ms Anethy Muga said, the promotion targets all customers who enrol to any Yatosha bundles or airtime recharge of any domination. “This promotion is being launched at this time of the year to enable our subscribers win life changing rewards for a fantastic festive season.“Airtel firmly believes that the ‘Airtel MKWANJIKA’ promotion is another opportunity for more lives to be enriched,” she said. Every day, all customers who recharge will be put in to a draw in which four winners will be drawn daily to stand a chance to win up to 1m/- a day. Every winner will have to enter the Airtel cash box and collect money up to 1.0m/- within one minute.
Airtel Public Relations Manager, Jackson Mmbando said, “our customer base is growing every day as we share the joy of the festive season.” Any Airtel customer who subscribe to any Yatosha bundles or top up using any of our vouchers will automatically qualify to enter into the next day draw with no extra charges required.
During the promotion all winners will be paid instantly through Airtel Money as soon as the cash is summed up from what the customer has managed to collect from the cash box.
Airtel MKWANJIKA promotion will be covering the whole country and will have four winners every day, the first draw will be held on 23rd and more throughout January 2016.
