South Africa's Zuma apologies over spending scandal

South Africa's President says he did not act dishonestly in a scandal over the use of state funds to renovate his private home.Jacob Zuma has apologized and agreed to pay back some of the money following a ruling by the country's top court.Al Jazeera’s Tania Page reports from Johannesburg.
