NEW MEXICO: 13-year-old boy forced to live in kennel; raped and burned to death!

• The authorities found a dog kennel allegedly used to hold Jeremiah as he was being abused.

In a shocking incident, body of a 13-year-old boy discovered near Nambé, New Mexico, in late January, suggest he was sexually assaulted and burned.
New search warrants were released to probe further into the alleged murder of Jeremiah Valencia after new court documents stating the autopsy report, filed by the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office, revealed lacerations consistent with sexual assault.

The investigating authorities also found a dog kennel allegedly used to hold Jeremiah as he was being abused.

Police have filed charges against Jeremiah's mother, Tracy Ann Peña, 35, her boyfriend Thomas Wayne Ferguson, 42, and Ferguson's 19-year-old son Jordan Nuñez, in connection with his death.

Sheriff's office detectives sought permission to search for condoms or objects that may have been used to assault the boy after autopsy revealed that portions of his body 'had possibly been burned'.

Jeremiah's 13-year-old sister and two other people have accused Ferguson of repeatedly torturing the boy and beating him to death in late November, according to reports in Santa Fe New Mexican.

The body was discovered in January supposedly after Jeremiah's mother told investigators that she was forced to help Ferguson move the boy's remains and that she kept quiet about it because she was afraid of Ferguson.

Moreover, Ferguson's biological son Nuñez narrated a similar story of being scared of his father and that he was abused as a child.

Both Nuñez and the boy's mother are charged with child abuse resulting in death, tampering with evidence and conspiracy to commit evidence tampering. While, Ferguson was indicted last week by a grand jury on first-degree murder and 17 other felony charges, including kidnapping, child abuse and tampering with evidence.
