A video footage shows the star player filling buckets with water while a young boy uses a pressure washer on the toilet floor.
The video, which has gone viral gaining 9,000 retweets and 18,000 likes on Twitter, was shot at the Al-Rahma Mosque in Mulgrave Street, Liverpool, according to users on social media.
After Mane's first goal in Liverpool's 2-1 win over the Foxes at the King Power Stadium on Saturday, the 26-year-old was seen touching his head on the floor and praying called 'sujood' which he performs while celebrating his all his goals.
Mane hails from a small village of Bambali, in the south of Senegal, where his father was the imam at a local mosque. It is reported that the former Southampton winger had recently paid for the mosque to be reconstructed, according to local reports.
Mane scoured four goals in four games at the new Premier League season, helping Liverpool to a 100 per cent record. He scored twice on the opening day against West Ham, sealed the three points with a late goal at Crystal Palace and put the Reds in front at Leicester on Saturday.
Mane will now travel back to his homeland on the international break as Senegal prepare for a 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Madagascar on Sunday.
