We are among Tanzanians living abroad or out of our homeland who firmly and strongly believe that, as people, we are being deprived of our inalienable right (birthright) by the Tanzania Citizenship Act of 1995.
We are also of the opinion that various provisions of the act violate Tanzania's Constitution and other International Laws by discriminating and denying due process, which is among the fundamental foundation of any justifiable laws.
With this conviction supported by many legal scholars, we have come together to seek constitutional and judicial reviews through our court systems.
