☝️An Australian guy who attended every single FIFA tournament from 2010 said Qatar is hosting the best World Cup so far. His reasons are as follows:
1. The cleanliness: He said out of the three host nations in the past ( 🇿🇦, 🇧🇷, 🇷🇺), Qatar is the cleanest country he’s ever visited.
2. Family friendly: He was happy that him & his family got to spend good time in Qatar. In the past tournaments, his family felt uncomfortable being around shirtless drunk men. In Qatar, People (Tourists & Residents) were well behaved and they didn’t have to worry about anything.
3. Safety: He got robbed in South Africa and Brazil but him and his family felt super safe in Qatar even at Midnight.
4. Friendly People: He said he was surprised to see Security, Volunteers, Police officers always smiling regardless of how busy they are and they always helped him and his family. He never felt ‘lost’ because there was always someone to help and guide him and his family.
5. The hospitality: Citizens and Expats invited him and his family to their house for lunch and some even offered water and snacks as they were walking back to the metro station. A man also offered free ride to their hotel at 1AM when they were waiting for a taxi.
6. The Vibe in general: Him and His family enjoyed a lot without having to worry about anything and people were just kind and happy to be in Qatar. It was “Full of life”.
7. Human Rights Violations: Him, Just like many of his countrymen thought people were treated badly here but he had many conversations with Taxi Drivers, cleaners and security guards and none of them had anything negative to say. This apparently changed the way he looks at things

“I respect Qatar for not changing their tradition & culture for the sake of satisfying the west. I never experienced such an amazing Tournament but a small country in the Middle East made it happen. You guys should be proud.”
