The Ministry of education values its strategic partnership with Microsoft and strives to invest it for the best interest of students.
Microsoft IT Academy (ITA) authorised testing centres for secondary schools in UAE will be increased from 14 at present to 25 by the end of the current academic year, Ministry of Education (MoE) has announced.
Marwan Al Sawaleh, MoE’s Undersecretary, said the testing centre project would be implemented for the third year running in consistence with a time-frame in partnership with Microsoft.
He said the ministry values its strategic partnership with Microsoft and strives to invest it for the best interest of students.
He affirmed the MoE’s determination to empower students with the modern age enablers and equip them with sciences and knowledge especially those related to advanced technology that hone their academic and scientific abilities and skills to address future challenges.
Microsoft IT Academy is an online learning environment with resources designed to increase skills in Microsoft business applications and technologies.
UAE is one of the first members of ITA. By joining the Microsoft IT Academy (ITA) program, a member will get a full curriculum for teaching technology courses and learning tools that help students achieve success.
ITA enables you to offer training not only on fundamental technology skills but also technical courses for your students, faculty and staff who are interested in pursuing a career in IT after graduation.
