Charleston cop fatally shoots man as he runs away
A North Charleston, South Carolina police officer, Michael T. Slager, was arrested on a murder charge Tuesday after video surfaced of the lawman shooting eight times at 50-year-old Walter Scott as he ran away.
Cop is charged with black man's murder after opening fire eight times and shooting him in the back as he ran away... and saying he did it because he felt 'threatened'.
