Eat this: New York restaurant sends a message to Trump!

A restaurant in New York has come up with an innovative way of objecting to the ban on immigration imposed by US President Donald Trump.

The restaurant, Kiwiana, has a note written at the bottom of the receipt given to the customers. The note reads, "Immigrants make America great."

The restaurant is run by former 'Top Chef' contestant Mark Simmon and serves dishes inspired by New Zealand.

According to Al Arabiya, when customers pay their bills, they are reminded of the importance of immigrants in the country:

"Immigrants make America great (They also cooked your food and served you today)."

The travel ban has been opposed by many US restaurants.

Court refused to reinstate Trump's visa ban on 7 countries

Trump's travel ban barred citizens of seven Muslim-majority countries from entering the US for 90 days and refugees for 120 days.

Recently, however, the order was challenged in court.
