Widespread flooding and power outages are being reported in Toronto’s west end and Mississauga after severe thunderstorms rolled through the area on Saturday.
Heavy rain cancelled races at the King’s Plate at Woodbine Racetrack in Etobicoke, and a tornado touched down near Ayr, Ont., about 30 south of Kitchener.
