introduces us to another important chapter - creating opportunities for young
Tanzanians to gain practical experience through the Kibogoji Experiential
internship Program. We leave Dr. Shaaban to tell the story in his own words.

Can I Brag a Little About Our Kibogoji Experiential Internship Program?
I am incredibly proud of these young, intelligent, talented, and passionate people. It is truly a privilege and an honor to host them at Kibogoji Experiential Learning School and give them a space where they can learn, practice, contribute, and grow.
One thing I continue to learn is this:
our young people do not lack talent, intelligence, or ambition. What they often lack is simply an opportunity.
Give a young person a place to learn. Give them meaningful responsibilities. Allow them to apply what they know, make mistakes, ask questions, and discover what they are capable of becoming.
So, here is my Sunday morning challenge:
If you have a business, school, organization, farm, office, workshop, or project where you can host a young person—even for a few weeks—please do it.
Open that door.
You may think you are simply offering an internship, but you could be nurturing a future teacher, entrepreneur, scientist, engineer, leader, or community builder.
It is early Sunday morning here on the U.S. East Coast, and I am sitting here feeling grateful that, through Kibogoji, I can do my little part.
And the beautiful thing is—it doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg to make a difference.
Sometimes, opportunity is the greatest investment we can make in a young person.
