Consumers will be able to access up to 100MB for free every morning from 6am to 8am. The promotion comes in response to the experienced growth in data usage in the market following an increase in uptake of internet-based services.
Vodacom has been at the forefront of such innovations with products and services in agriculture, health, education, entertainment, insurance, banking and even commercial sectors.
“Mornings will not be the same again as now you will not only catch up with friends, family and the world but also enjoy online gaming, video streaming and many other endless possibilities through the internet,” said Vodacom’s Head of Brand & Communication Kelvin Twissa at the launch of the programme in Dar es Salaam.
“The Good Morning Tanzania promotion is here as a means to walk in our customers’ shoes and offer them capacity and access needed necessary to enhance their livelihood.
We hope more Tanzanians will connect with this offer which will result in increased connectivity as a result of mobile technology.”
