Tanzania will gain 71.3 million euros ($93 million) in funding from the European Union and Germany via the KfW development bank for water and sewage projects in towns including Kigoma and Lindi.
The EU-German statement handed to reporters in the commercial capital of Dar es Salaamtoday said the sanitation and water projects would also take place in the towns of Sumbawanga, Mtwara and Babati.
