Sultan receives Khaliji 21 champions, orders payment of Dhs10 million bonus

His Highness Dr Shaikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Member of Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, has congratulated the President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum,

Vice- President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai and Members of Supreme Council and Their Highnesses Rulers of Emirates, Crown Princes, ministers and Emirati people on the UAE’swinning of the 21st Gulf Cup title.
He ordered the payment of Dhs10 million bonus to the members of UAE national football team.
Receiving the UAE national football team, administrative and technical staff of the team at Al Badea Al A’mer Palace today, the Ruler of Sharjah thanked the UAE football national team for the victory.
He warned the players over complacency, urging them to work harder and sustain the same technical competency in the next competitions.
For his part, Yousef Al Serkal, Chairman of the UAE Football Association thanked the Ruler of Sharjah for his continuous support to the team.
Present were Shaikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Shaikh Abdullah Mohammed Al Thani, Chairman of the Department of Civil Aviation in Sharjah, Shaikh Mohammed bin Saud Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Central Department of Finance, other Shaikhs, Abdul Rahman bin Mohammed Al Owais, Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development and senior officials.
