HISTORY IS MADE: Former Prime Minister Edward Lowassa (2nd-L) and his wife, Regina, display their Chadema membership cards moments after crossing over from the ruling CCM to the opposition party at a joint press conference in a Dar es Salaam hotel yesterday organised by the Coalition of People’s Constitution (Ukawa).
