Brexit has cost Britain 500m pounds a week, says study!

LONDON: Britain’s decision to leave the European Union has cost the government 500 million pounds ($650 million) a week, wiping out for the moment any future savings from stopping payments to the bloc, according to a study published on Sunday. The economic impact of the Brexit vote has been the subject of intense debate, with supporters and opponents of leaving the EU seizing on positive and negative data to reinforce their case.

Ontario’s finance minister is defending his plan allowing adults to smoke marijuana anywhere it’s legal to light up cigarettes as the province prepares for 500 to 1,000 private cannabis stores to open starting next spring.
The dramatic reversal from the previous Liberal government’s decision to outlaw pot smoking in public followed a summer of consultations with police, health officials, municipalities and First Nations, Vic Fedeli said Thursday.
